Former «Manchester United» player David Beckham named former «Milan» footballer Paolo Maldini as the best defender in the history of football.
“When I came to «Milan», there were Pirlo, Nesta, Maldini playing. Paolo was incredible, the best leader, the best captain, the best defender I have ever seen. Even at 41, he read the game like no one else,” said Beckham on CBS Sports.
