Fabregas is one of the main candidates for the position of Bayer’s coach after the announcement that current head coach Xabi Alonso will leave the team at the end of the 2024/25 season.

According to Corriere dello Sport, one of the options for Komo is Davide Ancelotti. The 35-year-old has worked as an assistant to his father at Bayern, Everton, Napoli, and Real for the past nine years. The Serie A representative is also considering former Real defender Alvaro Arbeloa, who is currently the head coach of the Madrid youth team.
