President of Brazil Lula da Silva commented on the appointment of Carlo Ancelotti as the new head coach of the Brazilian national team.
“Ancelotti is a wonderful coach. But Brazil’s problem is that we are experiencing a lack of football players. If we compare the current generation with the generations of 1958, 1962, 1970, 1982, 1986, 2002, 2006, the current generation is weaker. Our problem is probably more organizational. We need to have a good selection,” quotes Silva the publication O Globo.
