Donetsk Shakhtar is considering the possibility of signing defender Artem Shabanov from Oleksandriya.
According to former journalist Ihor Burbas, Shakhtar sees Shabanov as a replacement for the main central defender Mykola Matviienko, who may leave the club.
It should be noted that Shabanov, who previously played for Dynamo, has a valid contract with Oleksandriya until the summer of 2026.
