The head coach of Kyiv’s “Dynamo” Oleksandr Shovkovskyi congratulated the club’s fans on the championship victory.
"Congratulations to all fans on the Championship! We did it and we did it together!
In all my interviews, I have thanked and will continue to thank our Armed Forces of Ukraine, our defenders for life, for the opportunity of football in the country and to give such an opportunity to all fans of this game of millions.
These are not just words, this is a sincere understanding that without you, we wouldn’t have played matches and there would be no opportunity to cheer for our favorite clubs.
This Championship, among other things, is your merit…
Therefore, we dedicate the third star to you.
This is our gratitude to you, our thanks and respect…
As a player, I became a Champion of Ukraine 14 times as part of "Dynamo" Kyiv, and the second star on the club emblem was awarded directly due to my efforts...
And today, as the head coach of "Dynamo", I led my native club to the third star.
Also, it is important that it is the 30th! The championship, won with almost a full squad of Ukrainian players and without a single defeat — this is a significant achievement for me as a coach and for the "DYNAMO" Kyiv club!
We have come a long and painstaking way... We worked in an extremely busy schedule considering logistical aspects...
I saw understanding and desire in the players, persistence and striving for improvement, to be the best versions of themselves...
They did it!
We did it!
I am sincerely grateful to my coaching staff.
Thank you to every club employee.
This is the merit of each of you!
I specifically want to thank the club president Ihor Mykhailovych Surkis and honorary president Hrihoriy Mykhailovych Surkis for their trust and constant support throughout this long season.
Congratulations to everyone on the 30th Championship!
Glory to Ukraine!
Glory to the nation!
Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine!
Everything will be Ukraine!", Shovkovskyi wrote on his Facebook page, adding the above photo with the championship trophy.
