“Alexandria” and “Polesye” will be unseeded in the draw for the 2nd qualifying round of the Conference League. Possible opponent

The two representatives of Ukraine in the Conference League for the next season are “Alexandria” and “Polesye”. Both teams will start in the tournament from the 2nd qualifying round.

Both “Alexandria” and “Polesye” have a low UEFA club coefficient (4.880), which will not allow them to be in the “seeded” pool in the draw for the second qualifying round of the Conference League. Accordingly, both teams might face quite strong opponents at this stage.

There are a total of 25 possible opponents for “Alexandria” and “Polesye”. The most notable clubs include: AZ (Netherlands), “Austria” (Austria), “Sparta” (Czech Republic), “Midtjylland” / “Brøndby” / “Silkeborg” (Denmark), AEK (Greece), HJK (Finland), “Raków” (Poland), “Rosenborg” (Norway).

However, there are among the “seeded” teams that are certainly manageable for the Ukrainian representatives: “Klaksvik” (Faroe Islands), “Flora” (Estonia), “Vikingur” (Iceland), “Pyunik” (Armenia), “Petrocub” (Moldova), “Balkan” (Kosovo), “Vaduz” (Liechtenstein).

The full list of participants for this stage of the Conference League has not yet been determined.
