“The division into two parts of the table, or the reduction of the UPL is becoming more and more real,” said the journalist

“Now conditional ‘Veres’, ‘Obolon’, ‘Rukh’, ‘Zorya’, ‘Alexandriya’, ‘Kryvbas’ can safely sell their leaders and not worry about direct relegation from the UPL. It will be very difficult to drop below ‘Poltava’ and ‘Kudrivka’.

If last season there was a very weak ‘Inhulets’, now there will be two such teams.

Very calmly, one can trust young footballers, introduce youth into the squad. It will be hard to drop below the play-off matches. Thus, there will be capital investments in the players.

To our great regret, in the UPL there are two groups of teams: some have ambitions and want to fight for European cups spending money on newcomers (‘Shakhtar’, ‘Dynamo’, ‘Karpaty’, ‘Polissya’, LNZ, ‘Metalist 1925’, ‘Alexandriya’, ‘Koloss’), while there are mid-table teams whose main task is to survive and maintain their place in the UPL (‘Obolon’, ‘Zorya’, ‘Kryvbas’, ‘Rukh’, ‘Epicenter’, ‘Poltava’, ‘Kudrivka’, ‘Veres’).

The division into two parts of the table, or the shortening of the league is becoming more and more real,” Tyshenko wrote on his Telegram channel.
