In the 29th round match against "Left Bank" (0:1), 17-year-old Yehor Klimenko occupied the goalkeeper position for "Rukh". He became the first goalkeeper born in 2008 to play in the history of the Ukrainian championship.
Klimenko made his UPL debut at the age of 17 years and 137 days, placing him 7th on the list of the youngest debutants in Ukraine's elite division.
This ranking has been led since 1993 by Dnipro goalkeeper Serhiy Perkhun, who played his first match at the age of 16 years and 34 days.
It is noteworthy that earlier this season in the UPL, 18-year-old Denys Marchenko had his debut, who became the main goalkeeper of "Obolon" in the spring.
