Roma captain Gianluca Mancini shared his thoughts on the appointment of Gian Piero Gasperini as the head coach of the team.
"Gasperini is a great coach, and he has proven this over many years. He has done something unique with Atalanta, and now we are happy that he is with us.
He was my first coach in Serie A, and I will always be grateful to him because he taught me so much. His style of football is very intense, so there will be very tough pre-season training, but we will be ready.
Ranieri did something outstanding, and it reassures us players that he is still at the club. We hope everything goes as well as possible," Mancini said to Sky Sport Italia.
