The Turkish Galatasaray is one step away from a loud transfer — the club has almost agreed on the transfer of Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, whom they contacted back in winter.
According to L’Équipe, the parties have already agreed on the personal terms of the 34-year-old German’s contract.
In the 2024/25 season, Gundogan played 51 matches for City in all tournaments, scoring 3 goals and providing 7 assists. Despite his age, the midfielder continues to be an important figure in the center of the field. The player’s current contract with the English club is valid until June 30, 2026. According to Transfermarkt, his market value currently stands at 5 million euros.
