The players under Andrii Fartushniak and Roman Shpytsia quickly opened the scoring. In the 3rd minute, after a corner cross, central defender Ivaskiv jumped highest among others in the penalty area and redirected the ball into the net past the goalkeeper — 1:0.
The second goal took until the end of the first half. Bohdan Romanyuk received a pass on the left flank, crossed to the edge of the penalty area, from where Grodzynskyi without much difficulty sent the ball into essentially an empty net — 2:0.
Right after the break, the Dynamo players established a crushing score. Muzychko, in the right inside zone, picked up the ball on the penalty area line, moved a little forward and executed a convenient cross at the far post, which Shcherbak finished — 3:0.
The only thing the Lviv team managed was a consolation goal. In the 74th minute, Roienko parried a shot from inside the penalty area with his foot, the ball bounced to Kyrykovych, who from close range still hit the net — 3:1.
The final minutes were marked by unnecessary emotions, which led to several send-offs, but the score did not change anymore. In the end, “Dynamo” U-17, following their younger clubmates from the U-14 age category, became champions of Ukraine!
Additionally, some Dynamo players were awarded individual awards. In particular, Maxim Roienko was recognized as the best goalkeeper, and Yegor Muzychko was named the best player.
