The new head coach of "Zhenis", Ukrainian Andriy Demchenko, shared his impressions of Kazakh football.
— Kazakhstan football has often appeared in my career, as my colleagues worked here — Volodymyr Mazyar, Ruslan Kostyshin, Volodymyr Ulyanytskyi, and Volodymyr Arzhanov played here and then coached. Therefore, I always had information; I have always followed Kazakh football.
Also, there are guys here whom I have worked with — Giorgi Zoria, Usman Kamara, and Zurab Tevzadze. I have a very good impression of Kazakh football; there is a strong coaching staff of different nationalities working here — Ukrainians, Belarusians, Moldovans, representatives from far abroad. This is very good; everyone brings something of their own to the development of Kazakh football," Demchenko said in an interview with Sport+.
