Vice-President of FC "Mariupol" Andriy Sanin commented on the information regarding the payment of Moscow’s "Lokomotiv" debt to the Ukrainian club.
It was recently reported that Moscow’s "Lokomotiv" paid a debt of 65 thousand euros to FC "Mariupol" for the training of defender Mark Mampassi, who moved to the Russian club at the beginning of 2022. The transfer ban on "Lokomotiv" is expected to be lifted.
“As for the money — of course not, and we are unlikely to ever receive it at all. These bastards are going on principle and bombing FIFA and UAF with new requests about whether "Mariupol" exists as a subject of football. That’s why they got a ban, because they violated all payment deadlines.
"Lokomotiv" is a club subordinated to the state corporation RZD, where of course the entire leadership is FSB agents under cover. For them to pay debts to the Ukrainian club from Mariupol is to acknowledge that Mariupol is a Ukrainian city, which is to equivalent to political death,” Sanin said.
