“Porto” announced on its official website the appointment of Francesco Farioli as the head coach of the team.
The Italian coach signed a two-year contract with the “dragons.” Farioli replaced Martin Anselmi as the head coach of Porto.
In the 2024/25 season, Farioli coached the Amsterdam “Ajax.” The Dutch giant had a nine-point lead over its rivals with five rounds left until the end of the championship, but the title was won by PSV.
