Kyiv’s Dynamo continues preparations for the new season in Austria, conducting a training camp in Austria.
After two friendly matches against Hungarian Kisvárda (0:2, 3:0), the coaching staff of the "white-blues" provided the players with one full day of rest. On Monday, the team did not hold any training sessions, and players dedicated their free time to recovery after the first intense week of the camp.
On Tuesday, the "white-blues" held two training sessions. The morning session focused on strength exercises. For the second time during the Austrian camp, specific zones were set up on the football field, where players performed certain exercises that combined strength work and ball work.
The hot weather that prevailed during the first days of the Austrian camp for Kyiv changed to cool. Moreover, the morning training took place under the sound of a heavy downpour, which did not affect the working and positive mood of the Dynamo players. On the contrary, the players confessed that it was much easier to endure the load in such weather than in extremely hot conditions.
The evening training was entirely dedicated to ball work. The session began with passing exercises. Next, the team practiced tactical interactions during defense and transitions to attack. The evening session concluded with a traditional mini-tournament among three teams. For the third time in the camp, the team without bibs won, featuring experienced players Buialskyi and Karavaiev.
Recall that their next friendly match under the guidance of Oleksandr Shovkovskyi will take place on Thursday, July 10, when they meet Danish Midtjylland.
