It turned out that Zinchenko is just one of the alternative candidates for Milan

As has been reported multiple times, Ukrainian defender of London's Arsenal Alexander Zinchenko is of interest to the Italian club “Milan”. But now it became clear that the 28-year-old player is not a priority transfer target for the “rossoneri”.

Milan” is indeed actively looking for a replacement for their left-back Theo Hernández, who is about to become a player of “Al-Hilal”, but is currently not targeting Zinchenko at all, but rather Destiny Udogie from London’s “Tottenham,” reports TBR Football, adding that this defender himself would like to move to the “rossoneri” as he wants to gain experience working under the new head coach of “Milan” Massimiliano Allegri.

As for the Ukrainian, he is considered one of the alternative candidates for the Italian club. This is largely due to his high salary at “Arsenal” (9 million euros per year). Apart from Zinchenko, on Milan’s shortlist for the left-back position are Anthony Robinson from English “Fulham”, Archie Brown from Belgian “Gent”, and Onest Aanor from Italian “Genoa”.
