Ihor Tsyganyk: “If it weren’t for the war, some players might never have played for Dynamo”

The famous commentator Ihor Tsyganyk expressed his opinion on the transfer policy of “Dynamo” during the summer transfer window.

“If ‘Dynamo’ makes it to the main round of the Champions League, then there might still be something to talk about regarding acquisitions. This has an economic aspect — the club receives over 30 million euros for participation. Why spend money now on obscure players when those funds could be tried to accumulate and used to develop our players?

Of course, there are positions that need strengthening. If it weren’t for the war, perhaps some players would never have had a chance and would never have played for ‘Dynamo’. But right now, it is what it is. We must wait for progress. And this applies not only to ‘Dynamo’ but to all clubs participating in European competitions,” said Tsyganyk on his own YouTube channel.
