«I would like to avoid a meeting with Kyiv’s Dynamo. They have a very strong team,» – CEO of Red Star

The CEO of Belgrade’s Red Star, Zvezdan Terzić, shared his thoughts on potential opponents for his club in the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions League, the draw for which will take place on the upcoming Monday, July 21.

Zvezdan Terzić

«We can meet with the champions of Poland, Croatia, Sweden, Finland, Ukraine, but, considering the status of our club, we should be favorites in any match-up against any opponent.

At the same time, to be honest, I would like to avoid a match with Kyiv’s “Dynamo.” They have a very strong team. They won the title in Ukraine, surpassing “Shakhtar,” and I would really prefer not to face “Dynamo.” Even considering that this team plays its home matches not in Kyiv, but in Poland due to the war, “Dynamo” remains a very strong team under these circumstances, and one I would like to avoid meeting,» – quotes Terzić, RTS.
