“Karpaty” signed a Brazilian who played in Spain and Portugal

26-year-old Brazilian winger Paulo Vitor Fernandes Pereira will play for Lviv’s “Karpaty,” the club’s press service reports.

Paulo Vitor is a product of leading Brazilian clubs “Vasco da Gama” and “Fluminense.” At 17 years of age, the player debuted for “Vasco da Gama” in the Brazilian Serie A. In the following season, he was alternately loaned to the Spanish teams “Albacete” and “Marbella.”

In October 2020, Paulo Vitor signed a contract with another Spanish club — “Valladolid.” Soon after, the Brazilian was loaned to Portuguese “Rio Ave.” In the summer of 2023, the winger returned to Brazil and signed a contract with “Cruzeiro.” He also played in his homeland for “Gremio Novorizontino.”

He spent last season with the Portuguese team “Portimonense,” where he was the captain of the team. In 25 matches of the second Portuguese division, Paulo Vitor scored eight goals and provided two assists. He also played one match in the Portuguese Cup and scored one goal.
