“The training camps for Ukrainian referees have concluded. The FIFA fitness test was also conducted. There are referees who passed these tests successfully, and there are those whose fitness needs improvement. Football coaches need to understand the specifics of preparing for the season well. Some players may come in better condition, while others may be in worse. This is a working process.

Only those who have successfully passed the fitness test will work in the field. Others have the opportunity to work as VAR referees according to all rules and recommendations. They can improve their physical fitness and retake the test; this is also provided for by all norms and meets the requirements. I want to emphasize that all rules will be strictly followed, and only those who meet all the requirements will work,” Monzul noted.
