Myron Markevych: "There’s nothing in Paphos to surprise Dynamo," they need to be passed

The honored coach of Ukraine Myron Markevych spoke about what he expects from the confrontation of Kyiv’s Dynamo against the Cypriot Paphos in the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions League.

Myron Markevych

— Is the Cypriot Paphos a much more serious opponent than Hamrun Spartans?

— Undoubtedly. The Cypriot championship is quite competitive, and Paphos has many legionnaires, including from European national teams, Brazil. But they need to be passed. There’s nothing there to surprise Dynamo.

— Dynamo seems to still be able to improve in terms of their fitness.

— Let’s hope so. Right now they still have a championship game against Veres. The draw for the European cups is good for us, so all our clubs need to progress to the next round.
