Former player of the national team of Ukraine and Dynamo Oleksandr Kossyryn made a prediction for today's match of the Kyiv team in the qualification of the Champions League against the Cypriot Paphos:
“Although it is said that everyone has learned to play football now, I am convinced that the training level of the Dynamo players is still higher, and they will manage without any force majeure, as was recently the case in the Conference League with “Polesie” after the first match against Andorra’s “Santa Coloma.”
I agree that in the first qualifying matches against Maltese teams and also against “Veres” in the UPL, the Dynamo players did not create a complete impression. However, I believe that today, the advantage of the Kyiv team in speed and variety should make a difference. It is also important that the championship of Cyprus starts only on August 23, and the advantage of Oleksandr Shovkovskyi’s wards in match practice should be noticeable.
I believe that Dynamo will have no problems reaching the next round of the Champions League,” said Kossyryn.
