Today’s date has gifted the world several well-known individuals who are closely associated with football:

Sergey Bezhenar

Vladimir Malyuta (1941−2022) — doctor of Kyiv’s “Dynamo” since 1975. Worked as a resident, physician, and head of the department at a hospital in Kemerovo (1964−1975). Led the medical center of the club. Coordinated the activities of its structural divisions, doctors, masseurs, and junior medical staff of the football teams “Dynamo” and the youth soccer school “Dynamo” named after V. Lobanovsky.

Sergey Bezhenar (1970) — former Ukrainian football player who played as a defender. At one time, he defended the colors of Kyiv’s “Dynamo,” “Dnipro,” Odessa’s “Chornomorets,” and many other clubs. Four-time champion of Ukraine. Winner of the USSR and Ukraine Cups. World and European champion among juniors. Played 23 matches for the national team of Ukraine, scored 1 goal.

Filippo Inzaghi (1973) — legendary Italian striker. He scored over 300 goals during his professional career. Known by the nickname “SuperPippo.” Holder of numerous team and individual awards. World champion in 2006. Two-time winner of the Champions League. Played 57 matches for the Italian national team, scored 25 goals.

William (1988) — Brazilian midfielder. Previously played for London clubs “Arsenal,” “Chelsea,” and Donetsk’s “Shakhtar.” Four-time champion and three-time winner of the Ukraine Cup. Played 70 matches for the Brazilian national team, scored 9 goals.
