Fulham continues to actively work on the transfer of Shakhtar midfielder Kevin.
Fulham has submitted a new official offer for the signing of Kevin from Donetsk’s Shakhtar. The offer is valued at 37 million euros plus additional payments. Shakhtar insists on 50 million euros for their player," journalist Fabrizio Romano reported.
