Napoli striker Romelu Lukaku thanked everyone for their support after suffering a serious thigh injury.
The Belgian star of Napoli made a post on social media a few days after the injury he sustained in a friendly match against Olympiacos.
“Thank you all for the messages over the past few days. I really appreciate your support. Anything can happen, and injuries are part of the game, but by God’s grace, I feel good and always remain positive, no matter what. See you soon,” wrote Lukaku on his Instagram page.
Romelu is expected to miss about three months. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the 32-year-old player decided not to undergo surgery.
