Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca commented on the absence of team leader Cole Palmer due to injury in the match of the 2nd round of the English Championship against West Ham (5:1).
“People say we are only ‘Cole’s team’. Undoubtedly, Cole is our best player. Yes, with Cole our team is much better, but I think we have already proven to everyone in the last two or three months of last season, when Cole was not 100 percent ready and when we finished in the top 4,” Maresca is quoted by Sky Sports.
