Liverpool is preparing to make a record transfer offer for the English Premier League.
According to The Telegraph, the Merseyside club is ready to increase their previous offer for the Swedish forward to £130 million without counting bonuses. The transfer of the 25-year-old player seems more likely after the Magpies signed Stuttgart forward Nick Woltemade for £69.2 million.
