Nazar Voloshin: "I have no fear of the French national team"

Midfielder of Kyiv "Dynamo" Nazar Voloshin shared his emotions about the call-up to the national team of Ukraine in an interview with the UAF press service.

— Nazar, how did you find out that you were called up to the national team?

— The administrator told me, but I didn’t believe it. When it was posted on the official UAF page and Instagram, then I believed it.

— Who was the first person you shared this news with?

— My dad. He was very happy. He probably couldn’t believe it.

— On a scale from 1 to 10: how would you rate this news that you are in the Ukraine national team?

— The maximum, of course. Every footballer works towards getting called up to the national team.

— Are you anxious? Or do you feel calm, nervous?

— For now, calm. I hope it will stay that way.

— Speaking of the match with France, do you have any fear of this opponent?

— No, I don’t.

— Who is the most formidable opponent in the French national team?

— Mbappe.

— How would you like this camp to be remembered for you?

— With a debut.

— What playing number would you like to have?

— Any.

— You have already made the transition from youth football to professional. Is this a new push in your career?

— Yes, of course. It is very important for me.

— Is your performance in the match with "Polissya" a result of the call-up to the national team?

— Yes, one hundred percent.
