Ukrainian national team defender Vitaliy Mykolenko has left the national team camp, which is preparing for the World Cup 2026 qualifying match against the French national team.
“After undergoing an MRI, the player from Everton was found to have an injury sustained in club matches. Because of this, Mykolenko will be unable to play in the September qualifying matches for the 2026 World Cup against France and Azerbaijan. The coaching staff of Serhiy Rebrov has called up Vladyslav Dubinchak for these matches,” the UAF press service said.
