The boss of the German "Bayern Munich" Uli Hoeneß believes that "Newcastle" overpaid for striker Nick Woltemade.
"He is not worth 90 million euros. This only happened because of the money coming from Saudi Arabia," Hoeneß told Sport1.
At the end of the summer transfer window, "Newcastle" acquired Woltemade from "Stuttgart" for 69 million pounds. This allowed "the Magpies" to let Alexander Isak go to "Liverpool".
In recent weeks, Woltemade was linked to "Bayern Munich," but the Munich club refused to overpay for the 23-year-old German.
