The Disciplinary Committee of UAF made a number of decisions, including:
— having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the 4th round of the Ukrainian Championship between FC Dynamo (Kyiv) and FC Polissya (Zhytomyr), which took place on August 31, 2025, imposed a sanction on FC Dynamo (Kyiv) in the form of a warning (for delaying the start of the match), imposed a sanction on FC Polissya (Zhytomyr) in the form of a warning (for delaying the start of the match), obligated FC Dynamo (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 30,000 (thirty thousand) hryvnias (for the use of pyrotechnics by fans), imposed a sanction on FC Polissya (Zhytomyr) in the form of a warning (for non-compliance with regulatory norms, namely, the absence of a player from FC Polissya (Zhytomyr) at the flash interview);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the expulsion of FC Vorskla (Poltava) player Bohdan Myshenko during the match of the 5th round of the Ukrainian Championship among first league teams of PFL for the season 2025/2026 between FC Inhulets (Petrove) and FC Vorskla (Poltava), which took place on September 7, 2025, suspended FC Vorskla (Poltava) player Bohdan Myshenko from participating in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for serious gameplay violation);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the expulsion of FC Metalurh (Zaporizhzhia) player Danylo Kirichenko during the match of the 5th round of the Ukrainian Championship among first league teams of PFL for the season 2025/2026 between FC Metalurh (Zaporizhzhia) and FC YUKSA (Tarasivka), which took place on September 7, 2025, suspended FC Metalurh (Zaporizhzhia) player Danylo Kirichenko from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for using abusive, obscene language towards the match referee);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the expulsion of FC Dynaz (Vyshhorod) player Illia Rudnytskyi during the match of the 7th round of the Ukrainian Championship among second league teams of PFL for the season 2025/2026 between FC Dynaz (Vyshhorod) and SC Chaika (Petropavlivska Borshchahivka), which took place on September 8, 2025, suspended FC Dynaz (Vyshhorod) player Illia Rudnytskyi from participating in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for serious gameplay violation), of which 1 (one) match is conditional with a probation period of 1 (one) year;
— having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the Ukrainian Cup 2025/2026 FC Lokomotyv (Kyiv) vs FC Kolos (Kovalivka), which took place on August 22, 2025, obligated FC Lokomotyv (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance by FC Lokomotyv (Kyiv) with the requirements of Additional safety measures for the organization and holding of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely concerning exceeding the maximum allowable number of spectators in the stadium), obligated FC Lokomotyv (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for the unauthorized appearance of third parties in the playing zone), obligated FC Lokomotyv (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 95,000 (ninety-five thousand) hryvnias (for the repeated use of pyrotechnics by fans);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the Ukrainian Cup 2025/2026 "Kulykiv-Bilka" (Kulykiv) vs "Kryvbas" (Kryvyi Rih), which took place on August 24, 2025, obligated "Kulykiv-Bilka" (Kulykiv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance by "Kulykiv-Bilka" (Kulykiv) with the requirements of Additional safety measures for the organization and holding of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely concerning exceeding the maximum allowable number of spectators in the stadium), obligated "Kulykiv-Bilka" (Kulykiv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 47,500 (forty-seven thousand five hundred) hryvnias (for the use of pyrotechnics by fans).
