— I work a little less with Patrick van Leeuwen than I did with Yuriy Vernydub, but there will be differences because these are two different coaches. I believe that Patrick has a more varied approach to the training process now. We have interesting diverse exercises, a greater focus on the players.

With Yuriy Mykolaiovych, it was a bit different. It was a more uniform training process. Every Sunday we had the same thing. It yielded results for him, but now it brings results for Patrick.

We also have slightly changed the spectrum of load. We currently have more load specifically with the ball. We run a lot with the ball. There are many speed-strength trainings. They are very intense. They last 2-2.5 hours.

We have a lot of gym sessions. It has become a duty: whether you want it or not, you must be in the gym to be 100% ready on the field. Everything is monitored by sensors, and if you haven’t worked hard enough during training, you have to follow an individual program to complete the physical load, — quotes the footballer Telegram channel "Come on, Play!"
