Kryvyi Rih’s Kryvbas head coach Patrick Van Leuwen commented on the situation regarding his team’s violation of the foreign player limit during yesterday’s Round of 16 match of the Ukrainian Cup against Chernihiv (1:1, penalties — 3:1).

Recall that from the 70th minute of the mentioned match, there were 8 foreign players on the field at the same time from Kryvbas, while the regulations allow no more than 7 foreign footballers to be on the field simultaneously. Now Van Leuwen’s team will most likely be credited with a technical defeat.
