For many years, you have honorably represented Dynamo in the football community, in communication with federations, leagues, at numerous meetings and sessions. Your composure, principledness, and dedication have always helped defend the interests of the club and contributed to the development of Ukrainian football. This is work that is not always public, but is of great importance and requires responsibility, wisdom, and consistency.
As we celebrate this anniversary today, I want to express my sincere respect for you, for your steadfastness and professional resilience. These are qualities that inspire pride and confidence in the future.
