Dmitry Alenichev: “We can come up with something with the Belarusians…”

The former footballer from Russia, Dmitry Alenichev, seems tired of watching his national team’s “friendly” matches against obscure teams and therefore reached out for help from his Belarusian brothers.

— We are friends with the Belarusians, we can come up with something together, some kind of unofficial tournament. Just like they held a tournament in Israel back in the day, sponsored by Roman Abramovich — the “First Channel Cup,” Alenichev is quoted by the local Metaratings.
