On September 25, the scheduled audit of the Ukrainian Football Association was conducted in accordance with the UEFA club licensing quality standard (hereinafter — CLQS audit) to verify compliance with the requirements stipulated by the UEFA club licensing quality standard (hereinafter — CLQS).
Annually, an independent certification body approved by UEFA evaluates UAF for compliance with all CLQS requirements. If the requirements are met, the certification body issues a certificate valid for one season.
It is pleasant to note that this year, for the first time, an agreement on confidentiality was established between UEFA, SGS Geneva, and each licensee. This measure aims to promote transparency and increase confidence among each UEFA member association in sharing information with auditors.
Following the one-day audit, positive conclusions were reached with brief results and a preliminary recommendation from the independent auditor SGS, who noted the stability of the licensing system of the Ukrainian Football Association in achieving its goals, despite the difficulties faced by Ukrainian football today.
