The UAF Disciplinary Committee made a number of decisions, including:
— having examined the materials regarding the improper behavior of FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) fans during the match of the 5th round of the Ukrainian championship FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) — FC «Poltava» (Poltava), which took place on September 14, 2025, ordered FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 60,000 (sixty thousand) hryvnias (for fans' repeated use of offensive chants towards the match referee);
— having examined the materials regarding the match of the 5th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC «Kryvbass» (Kryvyi Rih) — FC «Polissya» (Zhytomyr), which took place on September 14, 2025, ordered FC «Kryvbass» (Kryvyi Rih) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance by FC «Kryvbass» (Kryvyi Rih) with the requirements of Additional security measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely — exceeding the maximum allowable number of spectators in the stadium); ordered FC «Polissya» (Zhytomyr) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance by FC «Polissya» (Zhytomyr) with the requirements of Additional security measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely — regarding the evacuation of the team to a shelter upon the announcement of the «Air Alarm» signal); ordered FC «Kryvbass» (Kryvyi Rih) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for fans' use of offensive chants);
— having examined the materials regarding a possible violation of regulatory norms by FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka) during the match of the 5th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC «Zorya» (Luhansk) — FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka), which took place on September 14, 2025, ordered FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for repeated delay of the match start);
— having examined the materials regarding the sending off of FC «Left Bank» (Kyiv) player Yegor Hunychev during the match of the Ukrainian Cup for the 2025/2026 season between FC «Left Bank» (Kyiv) — FC «Victoria» (Sumy), which took place on September 17, 2025, suspended FC «Left Bank» (Kyiv) player Yegor Hunychev from participation in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for serious game violations), of which 1 (one) match is conditional with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;
— having examined the materials regarding the match of the Ukrainian Cup for the 2025/2026 season FC «Olexandria» (Olexandria) — FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv), which took place on September 17, 2025, ordered FC «Olexandria» (Olexandria) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for fans' use of offensive chants); a mandatory monetary contribution of 75,000 (seventy-five thousand) hryvnias (for throwing foreign objects into the match area) — if repeated, non-financial sanctions may be applied to the club, including holding matches without fans; a mandatory monetary contribution of 40,000 (forty thousand) hryvnias (for fans' use of pyrotechnic devices in the amount of 16 units);
— having examined the materials regarding the improper behavior of fans during the match of the Ukrainian Cup for the 2025/2026 season FC «Polissya» (Stavky) — FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk), which took place on September 17, 2025, ordered FC «Polissya» (Stavky) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 35,000 (thirty-five thousand) hryvnias (for fans' use of pyrotechnic devices in the amount of 14 units);
— having examined the materials regarding the match of the Ukrainian Cup for the 2025/2026 season FC «Bukovyna» (Chernivtsi) — FC «Karpaty» (Lviv), which took place on September 18, 2025, ordered FC «Bukovyna» (Chernivtsi) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance by FC «Bukovyna» (Chernivtsi) with the requirements of Additional security measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely — exceeding the maximum allowable number of spectators in the stadium) and a mandatory monetary contribution of 35,000 (thirty-five thousand) hryvnias (for fans' use of pyrotechnic devices in the amount of 14 units);
— having examined the materials regarding the sending off of FC «Left Bank» (Kyiv) player Daniil Sukhoruchko during the match of the 7th round of the Ukrainian championship among clubs of the first league for the 2025/2026 season FC «Left Bank» (Kyiv) — FC «Bukovyna» (Chernivtsi), which took place on September 22, 2025, suspended FC «Left Bank» (Kyiv) player Daniil Sukhoruchko from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for brutal behavior), of which 1 (one) match is conditional with a probationary period of 1 (one) year;
— having examined the materials regarding a possible violation of regulatory norms by FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka) during the match of the 6th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka) — FC «Veres» (Rivne), which took place on September 20, 2025, ordered FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) hryvnias (for repeated delay of the match start);
— having examined the materials regarding the match of the 6th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC «Polissya» (Zhytomyr) — FC «Kudrivka» (Kudrivka), which took place on September 20, 2025, suspended FC «Polissya» (Zhytomyr) assistant head coach Serhiy Kravchenko from participation in competitions for 1 (one) match (for deliberately leaving the technical zone to demonstrate disagreement with the match official); ordered FC «Polissya» (Zhytomyr) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnias (for leaving the technical zone by the assistant head coach of FC «Polissya» (Zhytomyr) Serhiy Kravchenko during the match);
— having examined the materials regarding a possible violation of regulatory norms by FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) during the match of the 6th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC «Obolon» (Kyiv) — FC «Karpaty» (Lviv), which took place on September 22, 2025, ordered FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance by FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) with the requirements of Additional security measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely — regarding the evacuation of the team to a shelter upon the announcement of the «Air Alarm» signal).
