Unai Melgosa named the squad of the Ukrainian U-21 national team for the October matches

The head coach of the Ukrainian U-21 national team, Unai Melgosa, announced the list of players who will prepare for the October matches of the Euro 2027 U-21 qualifying tournament.

Our team coach, Unai Melgosa, has called up 24 players for preparation.

Goalkeepers: Nazar Domchak («Karpaty»), Ivan Pakholyuk («Kolos»), Ilya Popovich («Kishvarda», Hungary).

Defenders: Mykhailo Protasievich, Serhiy Korniichuk (both — «Veres»), Ilya Krupskiy («Metalist 1925»), Vladislav Zakarchenko, Taras Mykhavko (both — «Dynamo»), Vitaliy Kholod, Bohdan Slyubik (both — «Rukh»), Mykola Oharikov («Olexandriya»).

Midfielders: Oleg Fedor («Karpaty»), Roman Salenko, Artem Slesar, Andriy Matkevych (all — «Zorya»), Ivan Losenko («Kudrivka»), Anton Hlushchenko, Viktor Tsukanov (both — «Shakhtar»), Artem Husol («Kolos»), Timur Tutyrov («Sunderland», England), Ivan Varfolomiyev («Lincoln City», England), Yevheniy Pastukh (LNZ).

Forwards: Artem Stepanov («Nuremberg», Germany), Bohdan Popov («Empoli», Italy).

The Ukrainian U-21 national team will play a nominal home match against Hungary on October 10 in Murska Sobota, Slovenia, and an away match against Croatia on October 14 in Velika Gorica.
