Mbappe: «In Madrid, I feel a bit more relaxed than in Paris»

Forward of Madrid’s Real Kylian Mbappe talked about his adaptation in the capital of Spain. The Frenchman believes that the slower pace of life in the city helped him recover mentally and physically.

«I think I have adapted well to life in Madrid. It’s true that I’m a bit more relaxed. It’s not an attack on France, but it is true that I’m more relaxed in Madrid. The way of life is different, it’s less hectic than in Paris.

I think it’s part of the evolution of a person and a player. I’ve been able to get back on track, gather my thoughts. But it’s just the start of the season. It’s only October, there’s still a lot to do and a lot to show,» Reuters quotes Mbappe.

The 26-year-old captain of the French national team scored 14 goals in 10 matches in all competitions in his second season for Real.
