The National Council issued four prescriptions to Odesa’s 'Chornomorets', two prescriptions received by Vatsko

In Ukraine, prescriptions were issued to 30 media outlets, including the Odesa football club 'Chornomorets'. The most common violations were the absence or incomplete publication details on websites and pages of online platforms. This was reported by the press service of the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting.

According to the Law on Media, registered entities are required to include their official name, address, phone number, email, and identifier in the Media Register on their websites and pages.

LLC «Football Club 'Chornomorets' (Odesa) received four prescriptions for not complying with the requirements to disclose publication details on their online resources.

Specifically, on the club’s official Instagram page "FC Chornomorets Odesa/ФК Чорноморець Одеса», the postal address, phone number, email, and media identifier in the Register were not specified. The website of the club lacked an online media identifier, and the YouTube channel 'CHORNOMORETS TV' missed the postal address, phone number, and identifier. Additionally, the Telegram channel "Chornomorets FC” did not specify the postal address, phone number, email, or the identifier in the Register.

Kyiv journalist and commentator Viktor Vatsko received two prescriptions for missing publication details on the Instagram page and YouTube channel Vatsko Live. One prescription was issued to Lviv entrepreneur Severyn Stetsyuk (online media 'Brutal Football') for incomplete contact information on YouTube.

The National Council reminded that a prescription is a warning aimed at preventing further violations.
