According to the source, the monetary sums were paid to everyone except the former sporting director of the club, Ivan Telko (who later worked at Alexandria).

The Dnipro team declined to participate in new season tournaments and sought options to maintain their professional status. Soon, UPL clubs at a general meeting satisfied Dnipro-1’s request for exclusion from competitions.
