’Mentality is developed and given to the team along with victories—the better you perform, the more confidence you gain. We want to move towards this and constantly emphasize that every training session is important. You need to give 100%, do everything the coach asks. That’s when mentality and growth appear.
We are moving towards this and working on it. I believe that «Polissya» is a very skillful team. If you become a champion, you should try to repeat this result again. We talked about this with the players. You need to be prepared for each training session, for each game, and for the championship in general.
Talk about championship? This needs to be backed up by results, and it’s too early to talk about it now. We strive to win this title and I am confident that we will achieve this, but we need to fight a lot," said Rotan.
