The UAF Referee Committee has appointed a referee team for the 10th round match of the Ukrainian Championship between Kyiv’s Dynamo and Krivyi Rih’s Kryvbas, which will take place this coming Sunday, October 26, in Kyiv at the Dynamo Stadium (kick-off at 18:00).
Mykola BalakinThe referee on the field is Mykola Balakin from the Kyiv region. In the current season, he has not yet worked on matches involving Dynamo, while last season Balakin officiated four such matches (Ukrainian Championship: Dynamo vs Kryvbas — 2:1, Dynamo vs Shakhtar — 1:1, Kryvbas vs Dynamo — 0:2; Ukrainian Cup final: Shakhtar vs Dynamo — 1:1, penalties — 6:5).
It should also be noted that Balakin was recognized as the best referee of the last Ukrainian Championship.
The linesmen for the Dynamo vs Kryvbas match will be Oleksandr Berkut (Sumy) and Volodymyr Vysotskyi (Zaporizhzhia). The fourth official is Maksym Kozyriatskyi (Zaporizhzhia).
Also, the VAR system will be working at the upcoming meeting, under the guidance of Denys Shurman from the Kyiv region.
