The recent match of Turkish Samsunspor’s winger Tanguy Koulibaly against Kyiv Dynamo (3:0) in the 2nd round of the main stage of the Conference League ended extremely unsuccessfully for him.
In the 67th minute of the match, the Frenchman took the game into his own hands on the right wing of the attack, outplayed Nikolay Mikhalenko, and entered the Dynamo’s penalty area, where he was met by Tiare: Tiare managed to knock the ball out, but then collided with the opponent at full speed. As a result, Koulibaly was unable to continue the game and left the field on a stretcher.
After medical examination, the midfielder was diagnosed with a third-degree tear of the left knee’s internal collateral ligament. It is expected that the player will be out for three to six months.
