UEFA has published a list of cities and stadiums that will bid to host the European club finals in 2028−2029.
The deadline for submitting applications from candidates expired on October 22. A total of 15 national associations have expressed their desire to host the men’s Champions League, Europa League, Conference League finals, and the women’s Champions League.
The competition for the next open final of the men’s Champions League was the smallest — Munich, Germany, was the only one to apply and is most likely to be chosen as the host of the match when announced in September 2026.
For the 2029 final, two applications are being considered: London’s Wembley Stadium and Barcelona’s Camp Nou, which is currently under renovation.
UEFA emphasizes that «declarations of interest» are not final, and final proposals with tender documentation must be submitted by June 10, 2026.
The largest number of applications — six — were submitted for hosting the Conference League final in 2029.

In 2026, the Champions League final will be hosted by Budapest, the Europa League final by Istanbul, and the Conference League final by Leipzig. The main women’s club trophy in Europe will be contested in Oslo.
