The head coach of the Bosnian Zrinjski, Igor Stimac, shared what he expects from his team’s match with Kyiv’s Dynamo in the 3rd round of the main stage of the Conference League, which will take place next Thursday, November 6, in Lublin.
“It will be an extremely serious and responsible match. Dynamo lost to Shakhtar in the Ukrainian championship, allowing them to pull away, and I think this will affect the match against us. I am sure the opponent will rotate the squad, and we are ready, we have fresh strength. We’ll try to earn points.
The fact that the match will not be held in Kyiv but in Lublin is, of course, a disadvantage for Dynamo, but they’ve been playing there for a long time and I am sure they’ve settled in and become accustomed. And they have a certain number of fans in Poland who come to the stadium to support them. But in any case, we are focused on ourselves and our own game. I think we will find a good, balanced lineup that can compete with such an opponent. I believe that in the match against Dynamo, we can take one point or even more,” — Stimac said during yesterday’s press conference.
