«Bayern» updates winning streak among top-5 European championships

Munich’s «Bayern» has updated its winning streak among teams from the top-5 European championships. Vincent Kompany’s charges defeated PSG away in the 4th round of the overall stage of the Champions League.

As reported by Transfermarkt, Munich’s «Bayern» secured their 16th victory in all tournaments starting from the beginning of the new season. Thus, the German giant only improved its record. This is the best performance in the entire history among the top-5 championships. Previously, the record belonged to «Milan» from the 1992/93 season when the «Rossoneri» achieved 13 victories at the start of the season.
