Former Lviv 'Karpaty' midfielder Ihor Khudobiak shared his impressions of the European Conference League match 'Dynamo' vs 'Zrinjski' (6:0).
— 'Dynamo' finally broke through. I think this happened thanks to the two previous matches against 'Shakhtar'. The team felt what it’s like to put in the effort, to prepare seriously for the game, to care about the result. This gave 'Dynamo' the needed boost.
The rout over 'Zrinjski' is primarily due to 'Dynamo’s merit. The opponents tried to press, impose a fight, and act aggressively. I think this is one of the best matches for Kyiv this season. Although not the best — that was the match against 'Shakhtar' in the Cup, especially the second half.
Against the Bosnians, I liked the play of Taras Mykhayliv as a left-back. He appeared very well on the field and showed that he can play on the left in defense as a fullback. The substitution entries of Shaparenko and Yarmolenko after 4:0 were good. It was easy to come out and do one’s job.
After 2:0 and substitutions from 'Zrinjski', the opponent immediately conceded the third goal — and it was already a hopeless team. It’s hard to highlight weak points in 'Dynamo’s play in this match. The team acted well, organized, and with spirit. It was pleasant to watch the game, — said Khudobiak.
