Napoli President Called the Club’s Stadium a 'Hole'

Nápoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis launched fierce criticism at the state of the Naples stadium 'Diego Armando Maradona'.

’Maradona' is a hole! I said the same thing before. PSG pays the same for stadium rent as we do, but they have full exclusivity, and they earn 100 million euros a year, while we only have access for three days: before, during, and after the match. It’s an old stadium, with an athletics track and even a moat, which pushes fans even further away. Fans want to access the stadium by car. We need 30 hectares for a truly modern stadium," De Laurentiis told Football Italia.
