The 38-year-old veteran of Ukrainian football, Yevhen Khacheridi, who joined the «sailors» team at the end of summer, was injured three weeks ago in an away match against «Levyi Bereg». He was diagnosed with a hamstring injury.
As Sport.ua reported, Khacheridi will not be able to play in today’s match against «Nyva» in Ternopil. However, his rehabilitation process has entered the home stretch.
— Khacheridi’s recovery is nearing completion. We hope it will take about a week for him to return to play, — said the head coach of «Chornomorets», Oleksandr Kucher.
As of today, «Chornomorets» ranks second in the standings with 32 points. Yevhen Khacheridi has played 10 matches for the Odesa team.
